Liked: found it clean, breakfast wa ok, new computers

Disliked: lockers in the dorm rooms, bugs in front of the hostel, asking to put toilet paper not in the toilet but in the garbage

Liked: Staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Excellent security and a really homely place, I would stay here longer if I could. Beds are very comfortable and hostel is overall very clean. A really chilled atmosphere and nice location, handy to centro and san telmo.

Disliked: No hot water, luke warm if I was lucky

Liked: Great facilitites, incluing a nice patio and cosy common spaces.

Disliked: Staff didnt really speak english and were never really able to help you with your problems, which indeed we had. For example 1 out of 4 room keys was functional and even though we complained 3-4 times and the staff promised to work it out nothing ever was done about it...

Liked: The staff here (especially the manager) are really helpful, friendly and happy show you the nightlife in BA. The hostel beds are really comfortable and the facilities are always really clean. A great option!!!

Liked: I booked it for my first 2 nights in BA and intended to look for another place afterwards. Stayed at the end 11 nights so thats probably a good sign :) I really enjoyed it as a warm home basis with friendly, fun and helpful staff, some fun people around, and the cosy living room with the guitars. It is definitely not a party hostel but when having spanish lessons and party every night it s great to stay in this relaxed hostel. I had my birthday there and there was this "congratulations" board and been eating pie with backpackers and staff. Great value for money. Think it s one of the cheapest in BA and it s clean, staff is friendly, good breakfast (a.o. fresh orange, eggs, breadrolls and croissants) It also has its own kitchen so you can cook there.

Disliked: As already mentioned, I stayed in the female dorm and there s some noise of water running above the ceiling. Fortunately not in the night. The location and it s direct surrounding streets are safe, but don t go in the dark at the san telmo part. Location is not in the heart of palermo, san telmo or recoleta (the favoriote tourist destinations) but bus 60 (to recoleta) and 39 (to palermo) stop just around the corner which connects you easy to other parts of the city.

Liked: Chilled out vibe - nice place to hang out and meet new people - very relaxed.Lovely staff, very welcoming, fiendly and helpful throughout my stay

Disliked: Because of the layout of the bedrooms and dorms by a courtyard, it can be quite noisy, so bring earplugs!

Liked: Great staff. Not a party hostel so nice and chilled in the evenings and really friendly. Breakfasts were good incl eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. Reception were always very helpful in phoning venues on our behalf to ask about tours / show times etc.

Disliked: It was noisy at nights. The rooms are situated around a courtyard so any noise at night reveberates around. The hostel is not in the best location.

Liked: Ha a great time in this hostel! The beds are good, the shower is warm, nice breakfast and the staff always wants to help you! Laughed so much during my stay, improved my spanish a lot and will come back for sure!Tip: if you are in Bs As on a thursday, go to the AfterOffice in San Isidro (Darwin) it is GREAT! Also the pub crawl is good fun.

Liked: They surf a nice breakfast, with fresh orange juice, eggs, cereal and even croissants. If you want a cheap stay in Buenos Aires, it's good.

Disliked: It was really noisy at night. At night you can hear the hot water boiler, it's really load. Also the hallway is really noisy. You can hear all the people who arrive back from a party.

Liked: I liked this hostel so much that I ended up staying 2 weeks. It is a friendly hostel that has friendly, helpful, local staff, who all speak English very well. It isn't a party hostel, but it is an easy place to meet others and there were always night time activities on offer. I got into the Tango scene whilst in BA, and it was a comfortable hostel to come back late to, the kitchen always available if you need a late snack. The rooms are away from the street, so the rooms are quiet.

Disliked: Sometimes, if you aren't up early you might miss out on the eggs at breakfast.

Liked: I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff along with the facilities that were offered. There was a confusion with my room and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and let me pay the lesser price. :)

Disliked: The location was not the best, but in such a large city, there is nothing that is "central"

Liked: great atmosphere, large common area with tv, themed rooms with art, hostel organized tours and party nights

Disliked: dirty rooms, stained sheets, unwashed bathrooms and dusty floors. room was not cleaned in 4 days of stay. Flies in kitchen and on food, filthy kitchen sink/drying rack and dishes.

Liked: Very modern and really clean hostel, great kitchen with huge stove top, breakfast includes eggs, fresh orange juice, breads/jams. Private double with ensuite had no windows but was very lovely, was at back of property so no noise at all. Outdoor area with hammocks and bbq, plus indoor lounge and dining, flatscreen tv, they also help organise tours etc if you need them. Cheapish beer (10 peso per litre). Location was 5 minute walk from tube station but could have been more central to Santa Fe or Palermo if you are after shopping/bars. Close to San Telmo though. Great modern hostel.

Liked: Very beautiful hostel, staff were really helpful and sorted out some problems i had booking my onward bus journey. Breakfast is until 11am, and even when i showed up at 11.30am one morning i still got breakfast. Very good value for money.

Disliked: They charge five pesos for a towel, but given the price of the stay i was't too bothered.

Liked: Cool common room, and a nice place to stay even if you are up for parties or to chill out. The baths are clean, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, but okay (it depence if you get eggs or not)
