Disliked: See previous mention, rude ignorant staff, won't give tourist information unless it's one of their partner agencues

Liked: Solid breakfast. Room was clean and cleaned daily.

Disliked: Front rooms are very noisy (buses running all the time).

Liked: Great facilities and room - stayed in a private room with en-suite so more a hotel than hostel but has an outdoor pool, pool table, bar and tv lounge area to hang out in.

Disliked: The atmosphere wasn't as lively as some other hostels as there were many different types of people staying there, from families with young children, people on business as well as your usual backpacking travellers. But was good to stay at a hostel with a wider range of guests.

Liked: Rafael from the staff was very helpful and friendly, helped me out a lot with problems I had with credit card, strongly recommend the staying at this hotel, will be returning for sure.

Liked: Extremely clean and well kept. We had a private ensuite double, and it was more like a hotel than a hostel. The cleaners came everyday. Breakfast was nice (pastries, juice, fruit & bread) Free pool table. Really nice swimming pool which turned into a jaccuzzi at night. Good location in San Telmo, close to everything.

Disliked: We had some trouble with the room tab system that they have here - drinks and restaurant meals that weren´t ours appeared on our room tabs. we assumed it was the work of some sneaky hotel guests giving the wrong room number, until one of the waiters approached us and insisted he had served us the food the night before (he hadn´t!!) luckily the manager took our word for it. --I´m sure it was all a mistake, but just keep an eye on your room tab!!

Liked: It is a very clean and safe hostel. The rooms are good. The staff is very helpful and able to give all necessary information about the city. It was the first time I stayed in a hostel and really enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone. It is very well located. Close to many nice things, including sa plaza where is the San Telmo fair on Sunday.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Clean and modern- feels more like a hotel which was a nice change. Good bathroom facilities and bedding and air con were fantastic

Disliked: I booked a 4 bed dorm online. they were not able to allocate room pref using the online booking system- the need to address this as they are aware of it. Security was very bad. 6 bed dorm with 4 lockers- my sunglasses went missing in the room. Real shame. If they are going to jam 2 extra beds in they need to provide 2 extra lockers- the hostel is very anonymous unlike other hostels and same level of trust does not exist. Also very tight space- impossible to swing a cat.

Liked: Clean and modern, comfy beds and good showers. Nice to have a pool too!

Disliked: Not able to bring in food and drinks is a little inconvenient, especially as a wine drinker. Also, not enough keys for the dorms, and one night we had to wake up our roomates to let us in!

Liked: - felt more like a hotel then a hostel - crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows - pool was clean/warm and very inviting - was heated. - very nice showers

Disliked: breakfast pretty basic - didnt even have cereal or proper toast.

Liked: Great outdoor area with pool to relax and also the restaurant was good value and reasonably priced.

Disliked: Didn't seem like a great atmosphere to meet other travellers if you are on your own. Be good if they organized BBQ or bar crawl or some type of events so people can get to know one another.

Liked: The hostel is near Dorrego plaza, where you can watch tango shows, and go to various cafes. The staff was friendly and helped on every way they could.

Disliked: Noise from other rooms could be heard inside the double private room.

Liked: We stayed here twice, at the beginning and the end of our trip. It's centrally located in San Telmo. The shower was fantastic!! the rooms were nice and clean and simple - crisp white linen.Some staff don't speak too much english, so it was hard at times to get some information.The breakfast is great.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
