Sandra ClothierNatalia made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in helping us plan our days with suggestions on where we could go and instructions on how to get there. Rooms are really nice, quite large and very clean. The hostel was very secure, however to start we weren't sure where to knock to get someone to let us out! However once that was established, there was always someone to unlock the front door for you. |

Customer reviewThe owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, she couldnt do enought to assist, even prior to arrival she was in email contact with us making sure all was okay. The hostel was advertised as St Thelmo but it is not in the heart of the ST Thelmo district, about 15/20 minutes away. The hostel was clean and bright. It would be a great place to meet people however that is subjective to the people staying there, you can meet nice friendly travellers and sometimes you can meet rightoeus self absorbed backpackers who dont want to talk to anyone thats not grubby. The only concern was that you had to be let out of the front door, it was always locked, which is good for safety but a concern if there was a fire |
