Take bus number 33 (any of the letters) get off at the intersection of Paseo Colon Avenue and Brazil Street and walk four blocks up to the hostel.

Take bus number 45, get off at the intersection of Chacabuco Street and Garay Avenue, and walk six blocks up to the hostel.

From Retiro Bus Station:

Take bus number 22 (any of the numbers) get off at the intersection of Bolivar Street and Caseros Avenue; walk one block up to the hostel.

Take bus number 45, get off at the intersection of Chacabuco Street and Garay Avenue, and walk six blocks up to the hostel.

Take the tube (blue line 'C') to San Juan Station. You will have to walk ten blocks to the hostel.

From Puerto-Buquebus:

Take bus number 33 (any of the letters) or bus number 152. Get off at the intersection of Paseo Colon Avenue and Brazil Street and walk four blocks up to the hostel.
