Customer reviewI probably would not go back here because I didn't like its impersonal nature. Others call it more like a hotel than a hostel, and that's what I mean also - it's a concrete building that could do with more colour, foliage and what ever else it takes to create some character. The staff try and compensate for that - they go out of their way to remember your name and call you by it and are friendly and warm. This is a fine place to stay if you are happy with the hotel type atmosphere, but it doesn't have character. The dorms are also ok, though the water didn't seem to want to drain down the plugholes :-), and it is handy to have one shower and one toilet between four people - you don't have to go far. Only other complaint was the nightly noise. Use earplugs. |

Customer reviewThe staff introduced themselves the minute I walked in the door and called me by name every time they saw me. They walked me to my room and introduced me to my roommates. The rooms are really clean, the community area a great place to meet new people and the staff will help you book anything at good prices. The shower was great, the toilet is separate and the beds comfortable. I really recommend this place! |

Elaine ToshneyAmazing place to stay, the staff are all ridiculously nice and bend over backwards to help you... it`s very civilised compared with other hostels (one morning there was a violinist playing at breakfast, other days just cool music), great food, really clean, modern rooms and decor. Really enjoyed our stay here! |
