Liked: Great hostel, lots going on at night to keep you entertained, staff are chilled and friendly, our triple room had all that was described and it was kept clean, great value for money and the email communication before we arrived was excellent.

Disliked: Only problem came when we came to pay. They charge 6% for using a credit card and they refused to charge us in ARG$ and instead used a poor currency conversion to US$ to take the payment. Ended up paying £30 more just for that, wouldn't have minded if it was told to us beforehand and not when we were checking out as we could have paid in cash. It can get loud at night if you want an early night so bring earplugs as walls are thin!

Liked: It is still fairly new, the staff are very helpful and speak good english. The facilities are good.

Disliked: A chair or stool in the dorms would be very useful and cost very little to provide.

Liked: Realy helpful stuff :-) Good Breakfast, from 8-11h , got very fast an e-mail after booking online, fast answer per mail on a request prior to arrival

Disliked: Just one key for each room. No electristy when no one is in the room. Not good for charging your camera etc.

Liked: I loved this hostel! The best of hostel and hotel combined, lots of travellers, clean and comfortable, hot strong showers, rtc rtc.

Liked: New and very clean. Good breakfast. Staffs are very helpful.

Disliked: I got an email which offered 10% discount but the staff did not accept it because it had to be forwarded to you by someone else. It would have been nice to be just a little bit flexible.

Liked: Second time we have stayed here. Wonderful hostel. Very clean and great location. One of the best hostels we stayed at during our 6 months in south america.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Terrific staff, very clean, tons of information, beautiful hostel. This is probably the best hostel I have stayed in -- anywhere.

Disliked: Close to subway and has colectivo (bus) that runs straight by, but the specific street is in terrible condition & a little far from center. Still pretty great overall.

Liked: Very friendly staff, a welcome email right after booking with instructions how to get there and things to do in BA (1st time I receive one of those), clean, looks new and the shower is one of the bests i´ve seen in hostels.

Disliked: The street looks a bit dodgy and it feels a bit unsafe untill you get used to the center of Buenos Aires.

Liked: A very clean and modern hostel with excellent facitlies. The reception staff were very helpful and gave advice for a number of issues including if certain neighbourhoods of BA were safe to walk around, tourist and locations of interests, offered a selection of tours that can be booked at the hostel and lots of other helpful advice. Great to have a place to leave your luggage if awaiting your plane at night, great kitchen with ample cooking facilities, a grocery shop across the road is very handy which also signs wine and small portions of cooked food if you are travelling alone. Fellow travellers I met were very friendly, social and talkable - people from Australia, England, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Holland and lots of other places. We are travellers in our 50´s and 60´s and did not feel out of place. Thanks America del Sur for a great experience in BA. Ann and Peter from Australia

Disliked: Maybe an extra blanket provided or if requested would be good. Airconditioning / heater is available in rooms but the heater did not work very well.

Liked: Honestly one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at. The property itself looks brand new and the bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. The showers have better pressure than we get even back home. The staff are genuinely enthusiastic and very helpful with arranging things, and really go out of their way to help. The common areas are excellent and wifi is fast. Would highly recommend.

Liked: The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to help with anything that was needed. The hostel was cleaned daily, organised and pretty quiet at night. The hostel was central to many nice areas and a great place to meet people.

Disliked: Make sure not to get a room with a window facing the main courtyard. Its EXTREMELY loud until 4 AM and you will not sleep at all before then
