Kristjan MeikopOk, it's in Caballito, a bit far away from the Micro centro, San Telmo and the major sights. But caballito is a super nice neighbourhood if you want to see a more "authentic" part of B.A. and there's plenty of bus/subway connections to take you everywhere. The staff is great! Noelia and Agostina really make you feel at home and are always up for a chat, even helped me with my spanish studies..a lot of fun! And noelia's got a great laugh too! :o) So if your planning a little longer stay in B.A, like some peace and quiet, not looking for a party hostel but a "home away from home" this is the place to go! -Saludos a todos de Bariloche! :) |

Customer reviewI had mostly enjoyed my time at this hostel despite it's lack of tenants. I was, after all, traveling in a very slow period for Buenos Aires tourism. Anyhow, I had canceled night of stay with the hostel through e-mail, for which they said there was no problem. When I checked in, my credit card was taken, I signed the slip to confirm the purchase, and thought all was set. The day after I had left the hostel, I got an incredibly rude e-mail from the staff accusing me of robbing them by not paying for my night there. They literally wrote, "we're sorry you're such a bad person." All of this before even trying to figure out the problem with me. I had to send them the e-mail they sent me before showing that I was only going to stay for a day and thus only pay for one night. I didn't get a response to this last e-mail I sent, but frankly I was rather turned off by their very unfair and accusing primary e-mail. |
