Liked: staff very helpful! close to lots of useful places.

Disliked: could be a bit cleaner, there needs to be a sign out the front! little confusing to find. wifi dropped out a lot.

Liked: this is a great hostel. For us, it was located right where we wanted to be, close to shopping, tube stations, places we can get food from etc but without too much city noise. ALL the staff were really, really lovely and very helpful. you get a front door key, the kitchen is fully stocked and you get lockers in your room; what else do you need?!

Disliked: i have litterally nothing bad to mention, so i will answer other people´s dislikes here! so, to the people who wrote negative comments previously - this hostel wasnt dirty, it was throughly cleaned EVERY morning by 2 lovely ladies; It didn´t have loads of cats and dogs running riot, it has 2 very well behaved, small, siamease cats, who dont bother you at all! and the breakfast is exactly what you will get everywhere (bread with butter and jam) in SA, so there´s no point complaining about that! you will have to get used to talking to people; ASK them if you could please use the internet now, or go and find an internet cafe! This is not a fault of the hostel! oh, and if people felt unsafe here, i cant imagine you feeling any safer anywhere else so maybe you should just stay at home! :P

Liked: The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: the location! Located near estacion Once, the area isn't very nice, especially at night times I wouldnt walk around by myself.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, speaking English. Was cheap and we have our own key so no problem to enter/leave hostel at any hour. Location was quite good, with good communication to points of interest, many shops in the area.

Disliked: Hostel is not in really good state, they should invest some money there... The rooms (we had double one) are better than common areas.

Disliked: The only thing I disliked is not staying for longer...!

Liked: Very good location!

Disliked: Very dirty. The bathrooms even when were just cleaned were still very dirty and nasty. The room was full of dust and to enter the room we have to cross trough a bunch of flies. The breakfast was terrible and the kitchen facilities were also very dirty.

Disliked: we could not get into the room before late at night.everything was old and the kitchen did not provided a lot.there was no area to chill.

Liked: Helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere

Disliked: the internet being hogged for hours upon hours by single people - a couple of people were on it literally all day and night. It would have been helpful if there was a sign saying something like 'Use for no more than 30 minutes at a time'

Liked: The staff was incredible, spoke English well and helped us with everything. It's a shame it's not known among young people cause this would be the best hostel for just hanging out in the garden or in the dorm rooms (which were big aswell). There were metro stations everywhere near it and free tango lessons provided.
