Liked: perfect location in middle of city, one of the most comfy bed and pillow that i experienced in hostel ( hotel quality seriously), private bathroom in the room, clean room clean hostel in general

Disliked: pity that i cant get a internet from the room, you can only access the wifi from lounge, out of level 9 theres only 2 elevator, and its ridiculously slow so if you like to wait for 3 min for elevator its good for you. some of the staffs are nice in general they seems they want to help you on their pace. so slow !!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Airconditioning in common areas and the dorms and it WORKS. A must in Buenos Aires summer. Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable. Free wifi is speedy and reliable.Location is fabulous - in the heart of the action.

Disliked: Wifi not available in rooms. Beds are not assigned to people so staff dont necessarily know which ones are occupied. When I arrived I was sent to a room with no vacant beds. (This was quickly resolved though by friendly helpful staff). Common areas arent adjacent and its a bit confusing to get around at first

Liked: This place is centrally located and ok if you stay only one night. The last time I stayed at the America del Sur in San Telmo, Chacabuco 718, which is a lot better. http://www.americahostel.com.ar/home_bsas_english.html

Disliked: Rooms very noisy. Breakfast is ridiculous.

Liked: The hostel is located very centrally when travelling Buenos Aires

Disliked: Not many activities / social life ongoing. Shame that the bar is separated by the basement. Apart from people hanging around to check emails other hostels are giving more of an opportunity to get in touch with strangers.

Liked: Great location, good facilities with onsite tour desk, double room was large, clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Staff were generally rude and unhelpful, they seem to spend more time trying to be cool and joking around with each other than actually helping the customers. Lifts are really old and take ages to come, they're a bit scary when your in them! The only thing that really stops this hostel from being really great is the attitude of the staff.

Liked: Overall good hostel, lots of activities, friendly staff, great location.

Disliked: Huge hostel! 9 floors (and not a fire alarm anywhere that I could see). Cleaniness could have been better, crazy stank would occassionally come out of the sink in the bathroom.

Disliked: Right after we paid for the bus tour, they told us that there's no space available. We couldn't do the tour later because we were leaving BsAs the day after. Then it took a while to get our money back. What a waste of time.

Disliked: It was difficult to get information about how to get to and from the hostel from various common destinations

Liked: Location is perfect, close to everything. Bedrooms are confortable, with big lockers and restroom with bathtub.

Disliked: The lift does not take you up to the 10th floor.

Liked: There´s a really nice pub below the hostel, if you´re traveling alone it´s a good place to meet people, they offer a lot of activities, nights and so on... Freeeeeee internet :))))) kitchen and all that backpacker´s stuff. Like it! I certainly recomend...

Disliked: Actually could be claned a little bit more...and the automatic air inside the bathroom smels bad at night... don´t know why... Anyway, all rooms have bathrooms and that´s great. BE SURE you have money in cashhh!!! They don´t accept credit cards...

Liked: The staff are amazingly helpful - the airlines lost my luggage and they were incredibly supportive and understanding. Its got a really spacious lounge/internet/dining area, but for some reason it wasn't that easy to meet people - most people here were Spanish which isn't great for those of us whose Spanish is a little poor. Loads of tours and facilities, free breakfast and if your willing to wait a little at the airport you can get a pick up for free.

Disliked: The rooms haven't really got any storage space apart from massive lockers so I'm here for 6 weeks and its a bit annoying to lock EVERYTHING away every day. The kitchen is a bit small and someone stole my cheese...who does that!

Liked: Location - it does not get better than this. It's like having the front door open onto Times Square, NY. (Florida St is like Times Square.) Great shower and bathroom. Quiet

Disliked: The mattresses need an upgrade --- sore backs.
