Liked: good breakfast with fresh fruit

Disliked: staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, but there was one guy who was a bit cold and unresponsive

Liked: the hostel is nice and the staff is really friendly and helpfull

Disliked: i am travelling alone and they put me in a room by myself. I think a smaller hostel is better to meet other travellers

Disliked: Advertised Wifi but it is only available in the common room.

Liked: location and seemed safe travel agency staff were helpful though

Disliked: staff very unhelpful, just wanted to get rid of you as quickly as possible as if you were bothering them, even though its their jobs!! the elevators took ages, we were on the fourth floor and it was far quicker to walk up the stairs than wait for them. the "free airport shuttle" they advertised which you got if you booked a fourth night was only to collect you from the airport, not bring you, and only at 11 in the morning!! and they only told us this after we booked the fourth night, the only reason we booked the extra night!! and it was only advertised in the hostel, not on the internet so i´m not sure how anyone was even going to avail of this offer!!

Liked: We stayed in a private double which was spacious, had aircon, it was just like a hotel. Good breakfast too. Always something happening if you want to socialise and meet people. Its just yr typical big chain hostel. Free internet with many computers.

Disliked: Don't leave any food in the fridge you don't want stolen!! Even the staff told us food gets stolen all the time there. Very noisy common area, but great if u want to meet ppl.

Disliked: O banheiro do quarto, apesar de bem limpinho, era um pouco antigo. Uma reforminha ia bem... Mas nada que comprometesse a estadia.

Liked: one stop shop: convenience of facilities (but see dislikes), great location, helpful staff

Disliked: it´s become too big given the limited number of staff and facilities, e.g. breakfast supplies need to be better organized, especially towards 10am (when they start to run out) elevators take a while to reach you, travel agency prices are marked up way too much (compared to the bus fares at the main Retiro Terminal or ferry costs to Uruguay)

Liked: The vibe was great, despite being "older" than the average age, we were very impressed. Clean big double room with AC, a very impressive hostel right in the heart of BA

Liked: Location is ideal to get around. Also the street is on a pedestrian walkway so no traffic noise.

Disliked: Quite busy but it has 10floors so it's can be had to meet people when you arrive.

Liked: Good clean rooms with TV in the privates, plenty of choice at breakfast. When the Colonia Express was cancelled staff acted quickly to resolve the issue. Was on the bus route from Jorge Newbury aeroport.

Disliked: The location was okay, central but not the greatest.

Liked: Very well run hostel, staff very friendly and accomnodating. Almost like a hotel without the expense. Best location possible. A great time spent here.

Disliked: The travel service within the hostel charges almost double for tours, be sure to do your research before booking

Liked: Location. It is a decent place to stay 1-2 nights, right on the heart of Florida St. I had a single room and it was clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. It is a young place but there were also some families and older groups staying here.

Liked: Central location, very clean, friendly staff (although sometimes not enough of them!), good sized rooms with AC

Disliked: There's nothing wrong with the hostel, but it's sheer size makes it pretty impersonal and so harder to meet people

Liked: The hostel is very nice - clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The ensuite bathroom was great. There are many computers to access the internet. They also have phones to make calls very cheaply.

Disliked: The hostel is large and rather impersonal. It's a good place to stay if you are traveling with others. It is not a good place to meet people if you are traveling on your own. Also in the evenings the music was quite loud.

Disliked: On the front desk the most people are not helpfull. When you ask a question and the can not sell you a tour they will not help you.
