Liked: Central location and the staff were absolutely fluent in English. The rooftop bar seems to be a good place to meet people over a cerveza too! The travel agent based at the hostel was really useful.

Disliked: Bronson left no negative feedback.

Liked: The location is primo location, in a few minutes you can be in any of the most important sights of the city

Disliked: I dislike certain things like the fact that they have just 2 toilets for all the male travellers and that one was broken. On another point, they say to have 24 hr reception and they didn´t, another bad point was that there was only one key for the room, which made a fuss especially when one of the roommates took the key.

Liked: Fantastic staff, really helpful and went out of their way to help. Location is fab for all major sites, casa Rosada, Sant elmo antiques fair among a few. Going to Palermo for a night out was a 15pence metro ride or a cheap cab ride about 40 pesos in the morning hours. Girls dorm is a bit cramped, but generally the rooms are a fair size. Hot water and rooms warm at night.

Liked: The hostel was very warm and inviting and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, beds were comfortable, and the showers always had hot water.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything, but I think a hostel with a younger, more bohemian vibe would have suited me better, personally.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and warm, especially the girl on reception. Also, the hostel has a tourist information office on site, which we used a lot. Our room (twin double ensuite) was lovely and the shared areas were spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is incredible - a short walk from the very centre, and near the bus and metro. The atmosphere of the place was great - warm and friendly without being TOO much of a party hostel.

Disliked: Wifi connection was not very reliable.

Disliked: Nightclub in the basement and some traffic means this is a hostel where you need earplugs

Liked: The number of stairs divided by the number of chairs on the 4th floor equals the average number of staff working on a idle Tuesday.

Liked: The hostel was very central and close to the metro station and easy to get to from the bus station. The rooms were very clean and beds were made daily. The breakfast was nice. The activities were excellent, we really enjoyed the Mate tasteing and guided walk. The staff were helpful, especially the manager, who resolved an outstanding issue for us quickly during our stay.

Disliked: We had an issue with getting laundry done!! However, once involved the manager sorted this out really quickly and free of charge.

Liked: The building is interesting architecturally.

Disliked: Very poor customer service. Very miserable staff who were not interested in helping me. They made offers that were not kept. They are very busy due to being recommended in Lonely Planet, however it is difficult to understand why they were recommended. I think the people from Lonely Planet need to pay them another visit.

Liked: Great location, in the "old" part of town. Rooftop bar has an amazing view, great to meet other travelers at night, relax in afternoon while the city cools. The atrium is a great spot to meet other travelers.

Disliked: Men's shared bathroom has no exhaust, so it's always warm/damp. My room (207) had no working A/C and it was HOT in January. Wireless was spotty and went in and out.

Liked: Building full of character, really friendly staff. Good, central location close to many tourist sites and on a safe street.

Disliked: Air Conditioning did not work.

Liked: Location, Location, Location

Disliked: TOO NOISY!!!!!!!! People keep talking in the common area (which is in the middle of the building) after 12 midnight and they say from 12 to 7 is a quiet time, but staff did not stop them!

Disliked: The central communal area needs better ventilation as it is baking hot.

Liked: I stayed in a dorm and the staff are really helpful. The roof top bar is really cool and a great place to hangout until it gets late enough to hit the bars and clubs

Disliked: The area can get a bit quite on weekends as its right in the middle of town and not everything is open on the weekend
