Alex ProimosThe location and the free walking tour. The place needs some better management, as their was confusion with respect to the promotion I was offered 'stay 5 pay 4 nights', for the first 3 nights I had no towel provided, my room heater didn't work and they 'forget' to tell people about the 'free' dinner service they offer. Also I feel that they overcharged for a number of their activities. |

Customer reviewIt is true its a great place to meet people but most of the staff were not really helpfull. I guess it depends on who you found in reception. There was a brasilian guy very nice but the others I talk to were very cold. In adition, I think it is too big considering that is a hostel and not a hotel. And there are not enough bathrooms. It is not awful but there are much better hostels in Buenos Aires. I know it because I have been in 4 diferent hostels, and I think all of them were better than this one. |

Zaure KadyrovaThe hostel was pretty cheap and had a few organized activities, such as pub crawls, dinners, city tours and various excursions. Don´t do the soccer game through them as it´s a rip off, we paid 240 pesos for a ticket with a face value of 40 pesos. It had a travel agency, where you can book your next trip, and you can book a trip to Colonia for really cheap there. We had breakfast incuded, and dinner was free every night at the other sister hostel HI Suites Florida which we could attend as well. Overall my stay there was ok, the only thing was that the bathrooms and the rooms weren´t very clean and the some staff were not friendly. The hostel itself is a bit run down and the private room had a very small twin bed. The location was pretty good and was close to everything. Taxis would cost max $5-8 USD anywhere you need to go. |

Melissa GibsonQuite a new hostel, travel agent in house and fantastic location only 150 metres from the obelisk. Slowest elevator in the world and lots of stairs. I loved staying here. |
