The staff!!! I loved them all, especially the barman Hernan! Hotel Suites Obelisco is probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in...cheap, but really clean, secure and friendly. I'll definately be going back there again!

The friendly staff, clean rooms, and hot showers. Mostly, it was in a good central location.

This place is great. Awesome location, superfriendly staff, nice rooms. Much better than Milhouse, where I stayed before. DEFINITELY come here

Typical busy come and go HI place. No character and very keen to sell you their "packages" and arrange EVERYTHING you do in BA, but location is good for tubes etc and its clean and well run. The Suites concept isnt all that but the bathrooms are good

The rating of "Good" for this hostel does not give it justice. The whole experience of staying with Hostel Suites Obelisco has given me renewed faith in hostels, the location, staff, cleanliness of the hostel was no less than fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hostel (and in fact have done so already). Thanks hostelbookers.com for recommending this hostel.

The place is in great condition - clean, bright, cheery, and the staff is great.

The rooms were top notch, big, hardwood floors, nice beds, and only three rooms share a huge, clean bathroom and kitchen. It is very quiet too, even though there is a big communal area downstairs to meet people. The only so-so thing is the location, you are right in central which feels like the middle of Times Square, NY. There are multiple tube stops close by though, so that is helpful.

Pretty much everything except, the number of Bathrooms is a little small however this is why they call it a Hostel and not Condominiums

the hostel is extremely clean and very secure. Everything is very new as its only been open 6 months and its located right in the heart of the city. However i wouldnt recommend buying any of the packages on offer or booking anything through them. We paid 14 pesos for a taxi to the port when they booked it for us but when we flagged one down on the way back it only cost us 5 pesos.

I enjoyed the location. It is the best place to stay in Buenos Aires, because it's close to the tube and you can walk around from there almost everywhere.
