Liked: Nice location, charming atmosthere, great staff and nice view!

Disliked: No liftters...you must carry your luggage untill the 4th floor.

Liked: The view was amazing, room really clean and the breakfast was nice...though if you go down to the kitchen around 9.30 it´s a free for all.

Disliked: The member of staff on the desk did not inform us we needed to book our time in the jacuzzi, so we were unable to use it, which was pretty annoying. Also, we were not informed if you booked 3nights you got the 4th for free. The walk up to the hostel is tough when you are hungover haha!

Liked: Good breakfast. The location was reasonable and the internet and laundry options were available.

Disliked: There were not enough utensils in the kitchen- we had to wait for other people to finish eating as there were no forks. The rooms pretty basic and there was no character. the mattresses were not good. You could only drink wine bought in the hostel which was 25 pesos. A complete rip off.

Liked: We stayed in a double room for our first 2 nights and it was amazing - it had views of the lake, a TV, a proper double bed with proper duvet and blankets and a good bathroom. It was very clean. Breakfast was really nice as you could choose pancakes or scrambled eggs which were cooked for you, as well as cereal, bread, coffee and squash.

Disliked: The only thing I disliked was that the hostel messed us around as we booked massages which were advertised for one night and when we arrived after rushing back from our walk we were told the woman had left for some reason. We booked again for the following evening and the same thing happened - we rushed back from our cycle ride and then were told it hadn´t even been booked. The staff were nice though and gave us free time in the jacuzzi to compensate. Also the door of our dorm room did not close which was very annoying.

Liked: Excellent Location, but get a cab to take you as it is located on bit of a hill, just like most of Bariloche.

Disliked: Was very quiet, and not really a fun place...

Liked: Close to restaurants and pubs, friendly & helpful staff, great facilities and social atmosphere. I stayed in the superior double room due to an error with my dorm booking, the room was of hotel standard and had lovely views of the lake.

Disliked: I was 1 day late to arrive and despite notifying them inadvance by email, tangoinn cancelled my entire booking (7 days). This is quite a predicament to be thrown into in high season when nearly all hostels are full. Why my email was apparently never received is a complete mystery, but regardless it did seem unfair to cancel a whole week's accommodation because I missed 1 day. Fortunately the staff were helpful and considerate to the situation and assisted me in me making alternative options.

Liked: We liked the location. The breakfast was good also.

Disliked: I disliked the layout it was very disjointed and made it very difficult to meet people. The bedrooms did not look as they said on the website. The bedrooms were also no 100% clean- ie we found hairs all over the floor and in the waredrobe which was weird. I also thought the staff could be more friendly and less pushy in relation to pushing trips from the hostel on you. There was no party or asado during our 6 night stay which was bit disappointing also. In the kitchen the sink was tiny and the draining board was tiny so it made it very difficult to wash the dishes after your use- Hence alot of the dishes werent clean. Is was ok but for the price you could get alot better rooms and a alot better atmosphere.

Liked: Great breakfast with pancakes. The kitchen facilities were really good as we did cook our evening meals there. Dorm room was ok - spacious and a good bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The property was on a big hill so it was very tiring walking up there especially after a very tiring bike ride.

Liked: Reception staff had everthing under control and were exceptionally helpful. Our superior room had amazing views and was a great comfort whilst there was a very long torrential downpour outside. I would defo recommend this place.

Disliked: Wifi was not great in the upstairs rooms.

Liked: It was an average hostel

Disliked: There were signs everywhere telling you what you can and cannot do. It made it feel like you were back at school sometimes. The room was grubby and it was really noisy from the reception area. I was really looking forward to this hostel having read the reviews and seen the website but i felt quite let down when i got there. Its not what it says on the tin.

Liked: Best hostel we've stayed at so far! The room was really spacious and kept clean. We were in Bariloche for 6 days and the staff was really helpful with helping us arrange activities (do the rafting!! it's amazing!)The best breakfast is to be found here as well - great scrambled eggs and pancakes!!Can't fault it and can't wait to return!! Thanks guys!

Liked: We loved this hostel. My partner and I stayed in a superior room (double with ensuite) and the views were amazing! We were upgraded on arrival, we couldn´t believe our luck. It was like a hotel room. Very clean hostel, large kitchen and lots of areas to chill out, play pool and meet people. Very close to town too. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel so welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay at Tango Inn. The breakfast was great too - including scrambled eggs or pancakes! We also had a massage, which was amazing - a mix of hot stone massage, reiki and reflexology. We would highly recommend this hostel. Carla and Sam

Liked: The staff were very helpful. The standard of breakfast was the highest we've had so far on our trip. The facilities were excellent including pool table, good wifi and in particular the jacuzzi.

Disliked: No major faults but cleanliness overall was not just 100%. Our room was cleaned during the day but the bed wasn't remade and towels were not always changed. The kitchen area was also not as clean as it might be but in fairness this may be due to other guests.

Liked: Excellent breakfast cooked by the friendly Celia. Eggs, bread, great pancakes. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff (all speak English). Helpful in organizing transport and various activities (skiing, cycling, treking, horses, etc). Internet fast when it was working. Jacuzzi available (you book a slot)

Disliked: The wifi was not working in the rooms most of our stay. The hostel is about a 10 minute walk from most of the action in town. Bizarrely, around lunch time all the staff disappear to have lunch. If you arrive then (as we did) there is nobody around. Would definitely recommend these guys though.

Liked: The breakfest it's good. Have bread, cheese, eggs, pancakes, juice of orange, tea, milk, cereals, etc.The bathroom it's good. The hot water of the shower is fantastic.

Liked: It's was a pleasure to stay in Tangoinn at superior room during 01 week of vacation together with my girlfriend!!! It is near to the city center which is good to walk and find places to eat, buy souvenirs, drink a good regional beers...etc...etc...They have all information about the places to visit and also gives a good idea about the prices which is good!!!! Breakfest is very nice and I can not forget about the jacuzzi.....amazing!!! And the view is quite the same....when you wake up, the first thing you see is the lake and the mountains. I recommend without any doubt and I am sure if I come back to Bariloche, it will be my choice!!! Thanks to all Tangoinn team!!!

Liked: We had a private room on the top floor and it was more like a four star hotel. The bathroom had a bathtub and since we had a private room we got one free use of the private jacuzzi. They have four sessions available each night (for an hour each) and they clean it all in between each use so its really nice.The staff on the front desk were really nice and helpful. The kitchen is enormous, and there is a huge lounge room area but it was mostly empty when we were there so didnt really meet other travellers.
