Disliked: where do i start.. when i arrived they didnt have my reservation, and i wasn't the only one.. 2 other people here had made reservations on hostelbookers, and they weren't honoured.. i was sent to another hostel, that had 40 17yr olds in it running around. the lady was nice enough i guess to phone around and find me another hostel, and told me the next night was free of charge. the next day when i arrived at the hostel at the time she told me to.. they told me there was another problem and not to unpack..i was about to lose my mind at this point. they found me a room.. albeit attached to the common room which was super loud. i was just sitting in my room on my laptop when the same lady that told me the room was on the house for the night .. came in and asked me to pay her.. i told her it was free .. she said that if i stayed two nights the first one was free... i said no way.. i wouldn't have agreed to that if that was the case, she left and told me everything was fine.

Liked: Nice room, nice atmosphere.

Disliked: No bad remarks at all, only a bit far uphill maybe.

Liked: A really nice hostel in a small colourful house. Very nice staff.

Disliked: The only thing i could think of is that the internet was a little bit slow.

Liked: Everything. Breakfast is immense. Home made bread and cake daily. (even better when the cleaner makes as she adds hot chocolate the drink selection!). Lovely rooms, good wifi, cosy home atmosphere. We stayed for 2 weeks whils doing Spanish course in October 2010 and loved it.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Really comfortable place, good kitchen facilities, nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Liked: Frontduur with code loke, breakfast included, WIFI is oké, book exchange, Nice showers, clean enough, Nice kicken, most staff spreak English.

Disliked: Sometimes noisy, computer very slow, breakfast is included, but no bread just cake. No lockers.

Liked: The kitchen was amazing and very well equipped and accurately described as the heart of the hostel. The ladies who worked at La Justina were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The home-made jams, dulce de leche and bread/cakes were a nice touch for brekky.

Disliked: Bathroom leaves a little to be desired and the matresses were a bit old and ratty.

Liked: Breakfast is awesome! Everything is homemade, cakes, bread, and jams....Lucia and Paula, are really friendly, they take care of you always making you feel at home, they are fun...!!! i definetly recommend this hostel....i love my stay here in La Justina....!!

Liked: We stayed in the appartment rented through La Justina, situated in a building a couple of blocks away. It was wonderful to have a full appartment to ourselves, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen (incl fridge, cooker and utnesils), and a proper large lounge area. There was good wifi included, as well as cable TV, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us out with bookings and recomendations. It felt just like being at home and was a great break from typical hostels/hotels. Ideal for small groups, and great value.

Disliked: Nothing not to like!

Liked: The staff were very firendly and helpful, not only with booking tours but with advising on independent activities. The hostel provides a home away from home, with cosy rooms and a lovely breakfast. We would definately recommend!!

Liked: Friendly, helpful owner, good location, the bungalow was very cosy, good breakfasts with homemade bread and cake every day.

Disliked: The bungalow was described as two bedrooms, however they are connected by a corridor without intervening doors so therefore lack privacy, which is not what I'd expected.

Liked: Edificação relativamente nova, liberdade de ir e vir, localização muito boa, boa vontade e simpatia do staff! =)

Disliked: Nem tudo no hostel funciona muito bem... acho que, em parte, por estarem passando por algumas reformas pra se adaptarem à demanda de hóspedes... por exemplo, tomei banho frio duas vezes porque o aquecedor não dava conta do número de pessoas usando o chuveiro seguido e o microondas também não estava funcionando, o que, normalmente, não seria um problema, mas desavisadamente compramos nossa janta congelada, precisando do microondas pra preparar! hehe
