Liked: The location and the fact it had free wifi.

Disliked: Deluxe double room was a double plus 2 singles, which was a bit strange.

Liked: Freddy is a great bloke, Apartment fine, you won't do better than this in Tirana

Liked: i stayed only one night and cant rate propely but room wast to bad and people i share i enjoyed stayin together.

Disliked: Breakfast??? what breakfast, tiny expresso and piece of cake in small packet:((

Liked: Close to everything, good Internet, comfy non cramped bedrooms.

Disliked: One of owners walking into my room at 11pm asking me to move. It's wasn't my fault they couldn't fill a dorm room, if he had asked earlier, I would have moved but walking into my room late was not on.

Liked: Very central and close to everything. Free wi-fi was nice.

Disliked: They did not have the room that we booked available, so they gave us another one. The second night they then made us move again, to a room of lower quality than what we booked.

Liked: great location. easy to find. within walking distance of everything. we only interacted with papa freddy, and he was really friendly and although didn't speak english, he tried his best to be helpful. we stayed in the other building where the private rooms seem to be. the room was clean and spacious. air conditioning in private room. working toilet and shower.

Disliked: wifi is only in the main building, so if you get a private room, you might not have it. but you can go to the main building and either use their wifi or their computers. since papa freddy doesn't speak english, clarifying bills and raising questions about your stay is a little difficult. i booked a private room, and he didn't seem to understand and wanted to give us a dorm room. after about 15 min. of discussions, we got a private room. still not sure if he understood the whole conversation ha. oh, and there's no real common room, so socializing with others isn't really easy/possible.

Disliked: only one key for the room which is annoying if you all are doing different things

Liked: Only Freddy could speak English so little bit tricky getting information at times. But his father was very helpful.

Disliked: Not very social. recommend stay elsewhere if traveling on your own and wanting to meet people.

Liked: Good, big and clean room with very helpful staff. Room cleaned every day which was a nice touch.

Disliked: No wifi at the second location down the road.

Liked: Very friendly staff. The room was really nice, with AC, en suite bathroom, TV and a PC (not sure if working though). Quiet and relaxing. Very clean all around the hostel. 2 PC's outside the rooms with free internet. On the morning we were leaving tirana, rushed to get to the bus station, Freddy fixed us a quick breakfast with espresso and a croissant. He also arranged a taxi to get to the bus station for very good price.

Disliked: It was all excellent.

Liked: great location,Freddy walked down to the bus stop to meet us and show us the hostel,which was really nice.

Liked: My private room was more like a hotel room (with en suite bathroom, fridge, TV and balcony) than a hostel. It was clean and only 5 minutes walk from the centre.

Disliked: There is no WiFi in the separate block where my room was (you can walk to the main block though). On my last day, it seemed like they couldn't wait to get rid of me. The cleaner unlocked the door and wandered in at 9 am, then sat outside waiting for me to go (this is despite check out being 11am)

Liked: Helpful staff; quiet street.

Disliked: The small breakfast would be just as good with fresh bread/jam instead of chocolate cake and even better with a glass (or small bottle) of water to go with the coffee.
