Customer Travel Tip: See above. Also about getting tickets in advance for the Sistine Chapel/Vatican museum and the Colosseum... we got ours online weeks before arriving in Rome. Skip-the-line does not mean what they say it means! And the colosseum is ridiculously confusing to enter - the sheer disorganisation almost ruined the experience for me. Rome authorities - sort this out! You should be ashamed.

Liked: Iconic, historical buildings and monuments. Great food.

Disliked: Beware getting ripped off! By taxi drivers, ticket/tour touts, anywhere selling anything without a clear price. Be savvy and ask upfront to save yourself a bit of grief.
