Customer Travel Tip: Take the walking tours. There is one offered at 11 am and another at 5 pm. Also, it is recommended to book tickets to enter the Coliseum online. There will also be a lot of tour guides offering services to take you around inside the Coliseum. My advise is to not take any of them. I rather download an audio tour or do a self guided tour instead.

Liked: - History and archeological sites - Nice restaurants and bars - Friendly people and locals - Lots to do within the city

Disliked: Public transit was horrible. The buses take forever to pick one up and take them around. There is no subway lines around the tourist attractions. It is better to walk around but the road systems might seem complicated to North American travelers.

Customer Travel Tip: Buy a multi day pass for the metro. Download the app Roma Metro and use whenever possible. The public transport in Rome is quite amazing.

Liked: The people in Rome are amazing. Some of the kindest people you will ever meet, so happy to help out lost tourists or recommend a good place to go to. The city is massive, and on your second time around there are still so many wonderful hidden gems and historic sites to explore. Plus the gelati and food is delicious.

Disliked: No!
