1. Jade Mountain

5. Fokuangshan Monastery

The largest Buddhist monastery in Taiwan was built in 1967 and actively encourages travelers to witness its enlightened monks. Visitors can volunteer for work at the enchanting Fokuangshan Monastery, something which gives a unique insight into the method of humanistic Buddhism practiced there.
