Things to Do in Zurich

The Old Town is the perfect place to walk around aimlessly. Whichever direction you head in, you’ll find a boutique, a café, or some sort of impressive example of the city’s architecture.

We couldn’t choose between Chagal’s glass windows in Fraumunster or Grossmunster’s views over the Old Town… neither should you… so go and see both!

At first glance, you’d think the Swiss National Museum was a fairytale castle, all spires and twiddly bits. Inside, however, there's the opportunity to learn more about Switzerland’s fascinating history.

Shop 'til you drop… literally! The Bahnhofstrasse shopping street extends from the train station to the lake. But be careful, your wallet will certainly suffer with so many fabulous shops to try out.

Every summer this massive parade of dance music attracts some of the biggest crowds in Europe. The message it promotes is a good one, too: Love, Peace, Liberty, Generosity and Tolerance.
