Lasting for a full month across June and July, the Bali Arts Festival proves an exciting holiday destination. Both an attempt to protect the country’s national heritage and make it accessible to travelers, the festival exhibits numerous cultural performances.
Alongside a myriad of stalls displaying typical Balinese handicraft, dance takes center stage with contemporary and classical schools and village troupes all performing their unique acts. Theater and music also feature prominently, and there’s a 6,000 seat venue on hand to provide the perfect setting for the events.
