Things to Do in Frankfurt

Frankfurt’s Town Hall is a warren of interconnected buildings and courtyards. A trip to Frankfurt just wouldn’t be complete without visiting it and the quaint surrounding area.

The Berger Strasse is a street packed with trendy bars and eateries. Apfelwine is a delicious low alcohol cider-wine loved by locals. And if you get hungry, there’s always the humble ‘frankfurter’ to keep away the pangs.

Visitors can explore the museum and residence of the famous Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe. The building has been reconstructed and furnished as it would have been during his lifetime.

Many of Frankfurt’s best museums can be found conveniently lined up next to one another, on the south bank of the Main. Walk along the scenic riverbank and get your daily dose of culture.

This completely pedestrianized shopping street is home to the Zeilgalerie shopping mall. Just parallel to it is the Goethestrasse (for designer shops) and the Berger Strasse (for smaller boutiques).
