Fiesta del Fuego - Cuba

The Cuban city of Santiago plays host to a week-long street party every July. The Fiesta del Fuego is a huge celebration of Caribbean culture that involves all-night dancing and copious amounts of local rum.
Various local bands keep the dancers moving and even when the music isn't live canned dance tunes blare out from enormous sound systems. The festival includes colorful processions, with both dancers and vehicles lavishly decorated, and numerous stalls selling delicious food, beer and rum.
