Terms and Conditions

  1. The closing date for the competition is 8 May 2009. No entries will be counted after this date. Winners will be chosen at random from the correct entries received and notified by email no later than 1st June 2009.
  2. Acknowledgement of the prize must be received before 15th June 2009 in order to claim.
  3. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. If a winner has not responded by 15th June 2009, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
  4. Only one correct entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
  5. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  6. The prizes for this competition are as follows:
    • 1st Prize: air fares to the value of £3000 and four weeks accommodation for two people

  7. There is a cash alternative for the first prize of £3000, but there are no cash alternatives for any of the other listed prizes.
  8. If the prize is not available then an alternative holiday will be offered to the equivalent cost of the original prize.
  9. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
  10. HostelBookers reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
  11. By entering the competition, contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
