Twitter Easter Egg Hunt: Win a Week for Two in Amsterdam

Follow us on TwitterIn the week leading up to Easter, HostelBookers are offering you the chance to win 7 nights accommodation for two people at one of our top hostels in Amsterdam.

How to Enter

  1. Find us on Twitter and follow the HostelBookers egg as he backpacks around Europe between 6 and 9 April 2009. You can find out how to use Twitter here.
  2. Starting on Monday 6 April, our egg will tweet handy budget travel tips and pictures from a different European city each day as he travels from place to place! He will be visiting four cities in total.
  3. Use these daily Twitter hints to guess which four cities the HostelBookers egg has visited.
  4. To enter the prize draw, simply email the names of the four locations you think the egg has visited to competitions@hostelbookers.com by no later than 12pm (midday) GMT on Friday 10 April 2009.

Terms and Conditions

  • The closing date for the competition is 10 April 2009 at 12pm (midday) GMT. No entries will be counted after this date.
  • Only entries of four correct answers will be accepted into the prize draw.
  • Only one set of correct answers will be accepted per person.
  • The prize for this competition is 7 nights accommodation for two in a shared room at St. Christopher’s Hostel in Amsterdam.
  • The prize of 7 nights’ accommodation may be claimed at any time in 2009, but the winner must notify HostelBookers of their preferred dates at least 4 weeks in advance. St. Christopher’s Hostels reserve the right to refuse the winner’s chosen dates.
  • A winner will be selected at random from the correct entries received and notified via email by 1 May 2009
  • Acknowledgement of the prize must be received before 15th May 2009 in order to claim.
  • Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. If a winner has not responded by 15th May 2009, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
  • There is no cash alternative or exchange.
  • HostelBookers reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time.
  • Entry is restricted to persons not employed by HostelBookers.com, their families or agents.
